Each Service SA centre features a hearing assistance device and is accessible for mobility-impaired customers. 

All Service SA Customer Service Centres are open Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm  (excluding public holidays).

Service SA also has Service Agents who offer some services on behalf of Service SA
