Reporting animal cruelty or neglect

Report animal cruelty or neglect by contacting the Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA):
All reports are confidential and are investigated by the RSPCA. More information about animal cruelty can be found on the RSPCA website.

Victimisation

If you feel you're being victimised for making allegations about animal cruelty, your rights are protected by section 43B of the Animal Welfare Act 1985. More information about victimisation and your rights is provided on the Equal Opportunity Commission website.

To make a complaint about victimisation contact the Equal Opportunity Commission.
