Free legal advice
Free legal advice is provided by the Child Support Unit. This unit is independent of the Child Support Agency and they can talk with you about:
- parentage disputes
- DNA testing
- help to complete Child Support Agency forms
- changing your child support assessment in special circumstances
- child support agreements
- objections and appeals
- maintenance payments for adult children (over 18)
- overseas child support
- spousal maintenance.
To make a phone or face to face appointment with the Child Support Unit phone the child support help line on 8463 3576 or email childsupportunit@sa.gov.au. Face to face appointments take place at:
- Adelaide
- Elizabeth
- Noarlunga
- Mount Barker.
